Delivery Hours
Orders are generally delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
A signature or confirmation may be required at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, you may request delivery to an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, or another trusted person at the delivery address.
Once the order has been accepted by an alternative recipient, Perfumer’s Club cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising after successful delivery.
Damage or Shortage Claims

must be reported to our Customer Support Team on the same day of delivery. Claims reported after the delivery date may not be accepted.
